At Bourkes Bicycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all tags and manuals to qualify for a full refund.

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the Return Authorization number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
